Who operates Klaris?
Alex, autónomo in Spain. This repository is a working prototype, not a live production network.
Do misses cost credits?
On success-billed products (enrichment, HLR unassigned, etc.) a miss costs 0. Validation products bill on a completed check.
Is skip tracing legal in the EU?
Only with a documented lawful basis. Klaris keeps those products disabled until you turn them on and pass lawful_basis.
Where is data stored in this prototype?
Local SQLite on the machine running the app. Production would use EU-region Postgres.
Do you sell people data yourselves?
No. People, property, HLR, DNC, SERP and social endpoints are adapters. Wire a licensed vendor.
